They are seeking a proven maintenance leader to support continued growth while improving operational performance and equipment reliability across multiple sites. In this role, you will provide leadership and technical guidance to site maintenance teams, oversee equipment performance initiatives, support major investment projects, and help standardize maintenance practices across the business. You will work closely with operational leaders to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and support long-term business objectives. The Role Lead maintenance and reliability initiatives across multiple facilities. Support site teams with equipment performance and operational improvements. Background within manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or automated operations. Experience leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
