Position Overview
Aegis Home Services is growing, and we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to help homeowners find the right solutions for their repair, maintenance, and upgrade needs. In this role, you will meet directly with customers, assess their home service requirements, and provide tailored recommendations that drive value and trust.
This is a high-income opportunity ideal for individuals who excel in consultative sales, enjoy working face-to-face with customers, and are driven by performance-based earnings and career growth .
What You’ll Do
Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.)
Present service options, pricing, and financing solutions clearly and confidently
Build trust with homeowners and close service, repair, or replacement projects
Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure seamless project execution
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on open opportunities
Track sales activity, customer interactions, and performance metrics in CRM systems
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
Customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and competitive attitude
Ability to explain technical services in a clear, simple way
Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home services sales (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or similar)
Background in in-home sales or commission-based roles
Familiarity with service estimates, inspections, or home improvement solutions
Compensation & Benefits
Uncapped commission structure
$75,000 - $150,000 OTE
