The Communications and Marketing Director is a critical leadership role for our Brand and Engagement team. The director will oversee our strategic communications, brand governance, multichannel marketing, and systemwide campaign planning. We’re looking for someone with strong operational experience who’s ready to help lead a modern communications function for one of the largest Native‑run health organizations in the country.
Key essential functions and accountabilities include leading and overseeing brand and marketing activities across the Consortium, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities; developing and maintaining SOPs, templates, and workflows to standardize intake, prioritization, and execution of marketing initiatives; directing annual operational planning and resource forecasting for marketing activities; and more.
Pay range: $65.73–$92.22 per hour (approximately $136K–$192K annually)
