Job Description100% Remote - (Generalist) Tax Supervisor Opportunity w/ CPA Firm!!!\n \n**CPA or EA Licensed Required***\n\nOur client is an aggressively growing MidSize CPA Firm headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, who are and actively seeking a (Generalist) Tax Supervisor or Tax Senior to join their team on a 100% Remote schedule!!! The plan is for this individual to start on November 17th to get up to speed in time for the Spring Tax Busy Season.\n\nThe Firm is known for offering an Exceptional WorkLife Balance, offering Remote work, limited Regular and Busy Season Hours, no weekends, no travel, and Summer Fridays Off!!! There is also room for Career Growth in this opportunity as the firm prides themselves in concise career paths for individuals who are serious about making it to Partner, having promoted multiple Tax Seniors/Supervisors to Upper Management hence the reason for this opening!!!\n\nHours/Schedule:\n\n Regular Season: 40-45 Hours\n Busy Season: 55-60 Hours\n All salaried positions must work 1,900 hours annually\n 23 Days of Firm and Holiday Closures plus PTO (take time off when you need it!)\n Summer Fridays Off for Tax Team!!!\n Start Date: November 17th \n\n\nBenefits Include:\n\n Base Salary: $110,000 - $130,000\n 401K Match: 3.5%, vested 20% per year\n Multiple Healthcare Options\n Employee Stock Ownership, including Partner buy-in\n Path toward Partnership - Multiple Individuals have been promoted to Partner within 3 years of joining the firm.\n\n\nApply Today on LinkedIn or reach out to Dylan Piekarski at View email address on click.appcast.io
