Advanced Wound Care Regional Sales Manager As an Advanced Wound Care Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a sales team focused on customer support, growth, and strong relationships across the assigned region. Responsibilities Managing staff to achieve corporate annual financial and strategic goals assigned to the region. Leading the region to achieve strategic corporate goals, including sales force productivity, maximization of corporate contracts, sales and implementation of corporate initiatives for new products and programs. Model, connect, and empower individuals to achieve goals. Managing expenses within the assigned region budget; ensuring operating margin goals are achieved. Managing all administrative requirements of the position. Hiring, developing, and retaining high‑performing staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution. Seven (7) years combined medical sales and sales management experience. Current, valid Driver’s License. Additional Qualifications Masters Degree preferred. Experience in marketing, sales training, or product development in medical devices and operating room appliances and instruments. Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience forecasting. Demonstrated leadership, planning, and organization skills. Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, project management, and implementation skills. Demonstrated process management skills. Demonstrated relationship management skills. Driving Requirements This position requires use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. Candidates must successfully complete a pre‑hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum’s driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign‑off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted. Location and Travel Work location: Remote – Raleigh Durham NC in sales territory. Travel: Field‑based role. Compensation & Benefits Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $204,800 - $281,600, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
