What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners to educate them on renewable energy solutions and help them make informed decisions for their homes and communities.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with homeowners and build genuine, professional relationships
• Educate customers on renewable energy options in a clear and simple way
• Guide customers through the enrollment process accurately and professionally
• Develop sales, communication, and leadership skills through hands-on training and mentorship
• Set and achieve personal performance goals in a fast-paced environment
• Represent Mpower with professionalism, positivity, and integrity

Compensation & Growth:

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200$1,500+ (base + uncapped commission + bonuses)
• Fast Promotions: Advance to Team Leader in as little as 1590 days based on performance

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-driven mindset
• Coachable with a strong work ethic
• Full-time availability (MondayFriday, 11:00 AM 8:00 PM)
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
