Responsibilities - Your Role

• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Document each procedure meticulously, mentor new team members or interns, and ensure that lab standards of quality are consistently met.
• Maintain an organized, secure work environment by complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation to obtain ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be secured within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
