What We’re Offering Potential Annual Salary: $100,000 - $105,000 based on experience, skills, tenure, and geography Bonus: Our attainable monthly bonus can put up to an additional $21,600/year in your pocket - we’ll show you how in your first interview. Hybrid Flexibility: Build a schedule around a mix of in-person (in-home, school, and/or center-based) supervision and telehealth, including up to 50% remote work for your in-home cases. What You’ll Be Doing Lead by Example and Be a Pillar of Support: Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision, ensuring treatment plans are implemented with a high degree of reliability and fidelity. Drive Positive Change: Conduct FBAs and develop innovative ABA programs — continuously evaluating client needs, providing parent education, and problem-solving to help each client reach their potential.
