Senior Loan Servicing Administrator Uni-tranche and Syndications

Location: Block 23

The Loan Operations Administrator is responsible for performing duties related to loan operations servicing, specializing in processing complex loan transactions, preparation of specialized billings on direct/agented loans, and reviewing various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring.

• Processes loan transactions, including complex increases, roll-overs, pay-downs, commitment reductions, etc.
• Preparation/review of loan documents and form in relation to servicing activities.
• Preparation of interest and fee billings on specialized agency facility loans and commitments
• Process interest, commitment fees, and investigate discrepancies when necessary.
• Preparation of GL entries as required.
• Review various system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities.
• Leads and develops a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development.

High school graduation or GED and 5+ years or more of Financial Services experience related to loan Servicing Operations. Loan Agency Servicing experience preferred. Strong analytical and reconciliation skills preferred. Knowledge of loan products, including Credit Agreements, Guarantees, and Letters of Credit, preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Intermediate knowledge of FIS IBS and CLS (ACBS, FCM, and FTM applications preferred. Strong time management/organizational skills preferred. Experience in supporting servicing functions for variety of portfolios (both as Agent and Participant) preferred.
