Automotive Finance Manager

Newton Nissan of Gallatin is seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our team. We are looking for a professional who can structure and close vehicle finance deals, work closely with lenders, present and sell finance and insurance products, and maintain strong compliance standards throughout the process. Benefits Competitive Compensation Plan (pay based on experience) Career Growth Opportunities Paid Time Off Positive Work Culture Health Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) Financial Savings Plan (401K) Employee Vehicle Purchase and Service Discounts Ongoing Training and Education (via Manufacturer / Company Programs) Schedule Full-time Five (5)-day work week Scheduled within a Monday through Saturday work week Sundays closed Responsibilities Structure, present, and close vehicle finance deals Work directly with customers to secure financing options that fit their needs Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutions Present and sell finance and insurance products, including protection products and related offerings Ensure all deals are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with dealership, lender, state, and federal guidelines Review documents for completeness and accuracy Work closely with the sales team to support a smooth customer experience from sale to funding Maintain a strong understanding of dealership systems and finance processes Help protect the dealership by following all compliance and documentation standards Qualifications 3-5 years of automotive finance experience required Proven experience structuring and closing vehicle finance deals Experience working with lenders and finance sources Strong knowledge of finance and insurance product sales Well-versed in dealership systems, including Reynolds and eLead Strong understanding of compliance, accuracy, and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills High level of professionalism and integrity Preferred Traits Organized Detail-oriented Strong communicator Ethical High-energy Team player Customer-focused Newton Nissan ofGallatinis an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
