As a Senior Escrow Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the escrow processes for real estate transactions, ensuring seamless closings and compliance with industry regulations.

Job Title:  Senior Escrow Officer – Pleasanton, CA

Overview:

As a Senior Escrow Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the Title & Settlement Process, including homebuyers, sellers, mortgage providers, and accounting professionals. Your expertise in escrow procedures, compliance standards, and industry regulations will be instrumental in navigating complex transactions and mentoring junior staff.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Escrow Officer
• Customer service skills with a focus on diverse homebuyer demographics
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with OneNote and SoftPro is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

• Notary Public license
• Experience with handling high volume closings

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• Licensing requirements as mandated by State/Federal Agencies

Other Requirements:

• Office-based position; in-office attendance required five days a week
• Ability to resolve complex problems and execute transactions as needed
