Unlimited referral bonuses starting at $1,000 per technician Optional dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance Wellness plan with reimbursement for physical & gym memberships What We're Looking For 5-10+ years’ experience in: Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.) Commercial Refrigeration (walk-in freezers/coolers, reach-in freezers/coolers and ice machines) – a plus but not required Commercial HVAC (split systems, package units, make-up air units, exhaust systems, building balancing, etc.) – a plus but not required A strong desire to continue company-provided education on hot side equipment Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to work on-call Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check EPA certification (Type II or Universal) if handling refrigerants Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required TWC Services, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
