What You'll Do Conduct 70% in-field prospecting and 30% account management. Develop relationships with transportation managers, fleet supervisors, and logistics leaders. Use LinkedIn, cold outreach, and field visits to build your sales pipeline. Identify challenges such as driver shortages, compliance needs, and turnover. Provide consultative solutions centered on safety, reliability, and DOT compliance. Win new business and expand your local transportation market. What We're Looking For Highenergy sales professional who thrives on competition. Proven success acquiring new customers using modern sales tools. Strong understanding of logistics or willingness to learn the industry's challenges. Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills. Valid driver's license Outside sales experience.
