Bridgeway Home Health is seeking an RN Clinical Manager to oversee home health clinical services, including OASIS pre-review and documentation oversight. The role is on-site at the Morrow, GA office and involves supervising the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes. The candidate will review medical records for Medicare/Medicaid compliance and collaborate with physicians and staff to optimize Plan of Care and coding.
