Location and Schedule Office Location: Dublin, GA Coverage area: Laurens County Schedule: Full Time Benefits and Perks Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts (up to $5,000 for childcare) Tuition discounts & reimbursement 401(k) with company match Mileage Reimbursement Generous PTO Access to wellness and discount programs such as Noom, SkinIO, childcare, gym memberships, pet insurance, travel and entertainment discounts and more Benefits may vary by employment status Responsibilities Conducts/ participates in quarterly quality improvement meetings, reviews data, identifies trends, and oversees the implementation of improvement plans Collaborates with the Branch Director to implement quality improvement activities and corrective action plans Oversees response to external and internal surveys and audits relating to quality of care and clinically related KPIs Completes documentation and chart reviews to identify variances and areas for improved performance related to patient care and the organization Holds case conferences to ensure oversight of care, coordination of services, and that standards are met Facilitates development of performance improvement action plans and communicates job expectations, plans, and results; coaches, counsels, disciplines employees; develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards Ensures assigned staff are evaluated fairly and timely in accordance with company performance evaluation procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State Less than two years of clinical experience, and at least one year in a related management/supervisory role in home health care Current CPR certification Must meet all agency requirements for pre-employment as required by the company and/or State regulations Ability to use company documentation systems Strong communication skills with all levels of personnel, internally and externally Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Capable of working responsibly with highly confidential information Preference Experience with Oasis and Homecare Homebase preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Adoration Health
