Senior Manager, Medicare Sales - Los Angeles, CA

Overview Humana is a leading U.S. health services company with over 10 million sales interactions annually. Our focus is on delivering quality service and making a positive impact on the Medicare population. This role is a field‑based Senior Manager of Medicare Sales located in the Los Angeles Metro area. Responsibilities Motivate, coach, mentor, educate, and train a team of Medicare Sales Field Agents. Recruit new agents, develop marketing budgets, and identify branding opportunities. Establish and strengthen relationships with Humana’s customers, business partners, and community stakeholders through telephonic, virtual, and face‑to‑face interactions. Use technology tools and CRM platforms to manage sales operations and maintain compliance with CMS guidelines. Provide operational solutions that enhance sales performance. Required Qualifications Must reside in the Los Angeles area or be willing to relocate. Active Health Insurance License. Minimum 2 years of Medicare sales or related sales experience. Experience leading a sales team, training in sales techniques, and delivering educational presentations. Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with MS Office, CRM platforms and iPhone applications. Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time. Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance (minimum 25/25/10 limits). Preferred Qualifications Active Life Insurance License. Bachelor’s Degree. Background in Medicare and health solutions industry. Community engagement or grassroots marketing experience. Project‑management background or certification.
