Paid Time Off. 1 Work From Home Day per week. You Focus on Clinical Work - We Handle the Admin work: BCBAs do not manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing. You’ll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training. BCBAs have a caseload of 25 - 32 billable hours per week. Practicum students and interns can help manage your caseload. Supported, Not Micromanaged: Owners are not involved in clinical decisions. You will be supported by our clinic’s experienced Clinical Director. SOS Franchising also provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training. SOS has a LMS with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. SOS gives BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work. All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week. To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months-providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
