We commit to and pride ourselves on providing reliable structures, superior service, and product solutions.Job Location: Tulsa, OKWhat You'll Do:Lead a team of weldersRepair weldsAssist with the completion of tasks to meet deadlinesApply appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate, and repair parts of metal or other weldable materials according to layouts, work orders, blueprints, schematics, and sketches using manual, automatic welding and/or semi-automatic welding equipmentPerform complex repairsWeld clips and hardwarePerform full penetration (such as slip joint) welds to weld ends to poles or channelsOperate grinding equipmentMay train lower levelsMay lay out and mark weld points on parts or subassembliesMay position pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, guides, and steps using measuring instruments and hand toolsMay inspect completed work for conformance to specificationsMaintain quality and efficiencyObserve all standard safety practicesMaintain and complete all required recordsPerform other duties as assignedWhat You'll Need:Minimum of 4 years of experienceFlux Core experienceCertified to perform horizontal and vertical weldsAbility to perform multi-pass weldsAbility to perform "C" (circumference) weldsQualify as a flat welderAbility to maintain 90% pass rate on UT inspectionBasic understanding of Oxy Fuel/Plasma burningBasic understanding of Carbon ArcingAbility to maintain good attendanceBenefits Include:Health & PharmacyDental & VisionCritical IllnessFlexible Spending AccountsCompany Paid Life & AD&D InsuranceVoluntary Life & AD&D Insurance401(k) W/Company MatchShort-Term DisabilityVoluntary Long-Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
