# Shift Manager* English## Job DescriptionThe **Shift Manager** (SM) is responsible for supporting the General Manager (GM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets the Company's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) during their shift. The Shift Leader reports to the general manager and supports the AM and GM in leading a team of crew members. The SM serves as a partner to the AM and GM in achieving business objectives by offering ideas that may remove any barriers to success.
