CNC Machinist / Programmer

CNC Programmer / Machinist Hire Dynamics is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist for a direct-hire opportunity with a growing manufacturing company. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional who can independently program, set up, and machine precision parts from raw material through final production. Candidates should have the ability to create original CNC programs, determine machining processes, and produce quality finished products with minimal supervision. Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday Competitive pay based on experience $18+
Primary Responsibilities
- Take raw billets of material and machine them into finished parts according to specifications.
- Create original CNC programs rather than simply editing existing programs.
- Develop machining processes, tooling selections, setups, and production methods
Job Requirements
- Ability to take a raw billet of material and produce a finished part from start to finish.
- Strong CNC programming skills, including creating original programs rather than only editing existing programs.
- Ability to independently tell the machine how to build a part and generate machining processes.
- Experience with CNC code creation, whether written at the machine or through CAM software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal to no training required.
- Proven ability to make a complete part from programming through finished production.
- Candidate whose skill level supports a higher pay rate based on full programming and manufacturing capability.
