Senior HRIS Analyst

To support a dynamic team, the full-time Senior HRIS Analyst will serve as the primary Workday expert, responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of the Workday Human Resources Information System while working remotely. Key responsibilities Administer and optimize the Workday HRIS, ensuring system performance and alignment with business needs Evaluate and implement system enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user experience Design and maintain Workday reports and dashboards to support business operations and strategic decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Minimum of four years of HRIS experience, including two years of hands-on Workday administration Strong experience with Workday HCM and at least two additional modules such as Payroll or Benefits Experience developing advanced Workday reports and supporting integrations Workday Pro certifications are highly preferred
