Position Overview
A successful State Farm Agent is seeking a dedicated and qualified professional to join their dynamic team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. We are looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about fostering strong customer relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring follow-up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing inquiries.
• Assist in managing office tasks, including scheduling appointments and handling correspondence.
• Support the agent and team in various administrative functions to enhance office efficiency.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Strong multi-tasking capabilities
• Must be able to obtain a Property and Casualty license
• This position is 100% in-person

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
