Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member will play a crucial role in enhancing our client relationships and ensuring a positive experience. This position involves assisting clients with their insurance needs, answering inquiries, and supporting the agent in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist clients in understanding their insurance policies and coverage options.
• Process policy changes, claims, and payments accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
• Support the State Farm agent in marketing initiatives and outreach efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Stay informed about State Farm products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist clients.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall agency goals and objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• 100% onsite position.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) is preferred but not required.
