Randstad USA is seeking a Case Manager to provide 100% remote support. The role requires managing patient cases, resolving pharmacy access issues, and communicating with insurers. Candidates must have heavy experience with Benefit Investigations and navigating Medicare/Medicaid systems. A minimum of a High School Diploma is required, with additional education preferred.
