Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Searches from intake right through to successful placements.
• Be a Client Partner by deeply understanding their hiring needs and organizational culture.
• Strategic Sourcing using our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your own networks and tools.
• Utilize Our Platform for candidate management, outreach tracking, and automated follow-ups, ensuring smooth operations.
• Focus on Permanent Placements to create lasting client value while significantly boosting your earnings.
• Enhance Thought Leadership as we collectively elevate our brands.
