Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and devise individualized therapy strategies to support their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Therapies: Leverage proven methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living capabilities
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to patient care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families in therapy techniques to promote ongoing progress beyond our walls
• Track and Adjust Clinical Outcomes: Continuously monitor patient development, documenting progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary

Educational Background

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouragement of ongoing education and post-graduate certifications

Required Certifications

• Current Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
