Responsibilities: • Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. • Ensure that food quality and customer service meet or exceed company standards. • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. Qualifications: • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Prior experience in the food service industry. • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
