$23.00–$24.00 per hour 
Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

At Extrity Services, we are redefining the security industry through professionalism, emotional intelligence, and de-escalation. We're looking for a dependable, highly professional Armed School Security Professional to help create a safe and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors at a private Baptist school in Franklin, Tennessee. This role builds on Extrity's mission of combining safety with empathy and operational excellence.

What You'll Do 

As the Armed School Security Professional, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe campus by: 

• Maintaining a visible security presence throughout the school  
• Monitoring entrances, exits, and visitor access  
• Conducting routine campus patrols  
• Responding quickly and professionally to security concerns or emergencies  
• Using conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques whenever appropriate  
• Preparing detailed and accurate incident reports  
• Collaborating with school administration, local law enforcement, and emergency responders when necessary  
• Enforcing security procedures while providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, staff, and guests  
• Maintaining a professional appearance and representing Extrity Services with integrity  

What We're Looking For 

Required Qualifications 

• Active Tennessee Armed Security License  
• Dallas Law Certification  
• Valid Driver's License  
• Reliable transportation  
• Previous armed security experience  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
• Ability to remain calm under pressure  
• Excellent report writing and documentation skills  
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability  

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience working in a school or educational setting  
• Active Shooter Certification  
• CPR and First Aid Certification  
• Experience with access control systems and emergency response procedures
