Opportunity Summary

Join a growing 3D-printing hardware company as the first point of contact for customers who depend on their printers every day. You will get them back to printing fast with hands-on technical troubleshooting by phone and email.
Responsibilities

• Resolve customer support cases by phone and email for 3D printer hardware and software issues
• Diagnose technical problems and guide customers through troubleshooting
• Dispatch replacement parts, hardware, and software with setup instructions
• Log every customer interaction and meet published response-time targets
• Relay customer feedback on software and hardware to internal product teams

Qualifications

Required

• 1+ years of experience in customer service (contact center, field service), education, or hardware support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic approach
