ReceptionistRay Dennison Chevrolet is a family owned and operated dealership that has been servicing the Central Illinois Area for over 50 years! We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual for our reception counter. We are looking for an individual that is personable and can communicate well with customers and employees alike. This person is often first contact for customers walking in as well as calling the dealership. The ideal candidate will be eager to help others, while being able to complete various tasks from the desk.Duties would include, but are not limited to:Greet/welcome customers, vendors, and manufacturer personnelAnswering phones and dispatching calls accordinglySitting for extended periods of timeHelping with various office staff duties as assignedFollowing up on messages to all departments and employeesProcessing paymentsClosing invoices in our DMS system (computer system)Signing for packages or deliveriesProvide directions to the dealership and inside of the dealershipComply with all regulations regarding customer information and securityComply with all Ray Dennison rules and regulationsMaintain a professional appearanceAbility to work under pressureRotational Saturday scheduleQualifications:High School DiplomaValid US Drivers LicenseStrong phone communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsBasic computer/technology proficiency (Word/Excel or counterparts, emails, typing, etc)Ability to lift up to 25 lbsPrevious office or reception type work preferred, but not requiredBenefits (Full-Time):Paid Vacation/PTOHealth InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance401K with contribution Ray Dennison Buick GMC Cadillac
