Key responsibilities:
Greet students and parents warmly, answer inquiries via phone and email, fit dancers for shoes and dancewear, and provide studio tours. Manage class registrations, process payments and merchandise sales, and assist teachers with attendance sheets/record-keeping and classroom supplies. Keep the lobby and waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting. Assist with costume ordering, recital ticket sales, and recital merchandise sales and distribution before and during our spring recital.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administrative roles.
Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, patient demeanor when working with children and families.
Proficiency with modern scheduling software and basic office tools.
A background or interest in dance is a major plus!
Schedule
Hours are flexible, but looking for 2-4 days a week. Monday through Thursday from 3:45-9:15pm, Saturday mornings from 8:45am-1:00pm.
