This role will process customer contracts, input web-orders and process account receivables and perform collections as necessary. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, goal-driven, and confident communicating with clients while maintaining a positive customer experience.This position is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced office environment, and can balance relationship management with account resolution responsibilities.What You’ll DoAccounting & CollectionsAssist with account receivable follow-up and collections activitiesCommunicate with clients regarding outstanding balances while maintaining strong customer relationshipsMonitor aging accounts and support reporting functionsWork closely with management to resolve account discrepancies and client concernsMaintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding itemsSupport miscellaneous accounting and administrative projects as assignedAccurately input and monitor web-ordersAccurately process contracts in CRM systemBasic Qualifications:3–5+ years of experience in accounting, collections, contracts administration, accounts receivable, or accounting supportStrong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)Experience handling collection’s conversations professionally and effectivelyProficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelStrong data entry and 10-key skills with high accuracy and attention to detailKnowledge of general accounting procedures including accounts payable and receivableReporting and analytics experienceAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and follow-throughAbility to work collaboratively in a small team environmentHigh level of accuracy, reliability, and organizationPreferred Qualifications:Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business Central, and/or Great PlainsExperience supporting event registration, subscription, or service-based businessesLocation: Southwest side of Las VegasJob Type: Full-time, On-siteSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pmCompensation Salaried - $45,000 - $55,000 annually (DOE)Benefits:Company covers medical, basic life insurance, and long-term disability insurance at no cost to the employee!
