Business Development Associate

Managing day-to-day performance and operations of SMB product partnerships, the full-time remote Business Development Associate will analyze partnership performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities Manage the day-to-day performance of assigned SMB product partnerships, ensuring achievement of revenue and performance goals Analyze partnership performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and issues affecting conversion and revenue Lead business and performance reviews with partners, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 4-5+ years of relevant experience in business development, partner management, or a related role Demonstrated ability to manage external partner relationships while balancing internal business priorities Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable recommendations Business acumen and understanding of partnership performance drivers contributing to revenue growth
