Rochester Laser Center is seeking an experienced, passionate, and patient-focused Medical Aesthetician with laser experience to join our established aesthetic practice. We are looking for a motivated professional who is committed to delivering exceptional results, educating clients, and providing outstanding customer care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin consultations and treatment planning
• Administer laser treatments safely and effectively, including hair removal and other laser-based procedures
• Perform medical-grade aesthetic treatments, including:
• • Chemical peels
  • Hydrafacials
  • Microneedling
  • Dermaplaning
  • Customized facial treatments
• Educate patients on treatment options, skincare products, and post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Follow all safety protocols and state regulations regarding laser and aesthetic procedures
• Assist with patient retention and treatment package recommendations
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies according to clinic standards
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician in the State of Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of aesthetic experience preferred
• Previous laser experience required
• Knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and treatments
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Ability to build lasting relationships with patients
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Sales and retail experience a plus
• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic practice preferred
