HRIS Specialist
This temporary, part-time role will focus on maintaining and enhancing HR dashboards, analyzing workforce data, and delivering reporting solutions that support business decisions. 100% remote - 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Update and maintain Talent Acquisition dashboards using Power BI
- Analyze HR and recruiting data to identify trends and insights
- Partner with stakeholders to develop meaningful reports and visualizations
- Create and improve dashboard reporting solutions
- Document reporting processes and standard work instructions
- Support data validation, testing, and reporting accuracy efforts
Qualifications
- Must have HRIS reporting, analytics, and workforce data
- Strong Power BI dashboard development and data visualization skills required
- Experience with HR data reporting and integration
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience with Workday and/or Avature is a plus
