A new opportunity awaits skilled Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) eager to work on-site within a dynamic school environment near Jacksonville, FL. This contract-based role is suited for professionals seeking meaningful, hands-on experience supporting elementary students and expanding their impact across several school sites throughout the academic year. The assignment begins August 10, 2026, and continues through May 28, 2027, offering a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week, working seven hours each day.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) licensure is required.
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students, particularly in 1:1 or small-group settings, is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with school-based ABA interventions and techniques for low-incidence populations.
• Previous fingerprint clearance through a Florida school district/AHCA Clearinghouse is advantageous; if applicable, verification or updated prints will be needed.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to an assigned elementary student, assisting in the development of essential skills.
• As student needs evolve, transition to serve 3-4 schools within the low-incidence program, delivering high-quality behavioral interventions across multiple settings.
• Collaborate with special education staff, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring individualized and effective support plans.
• Collect and report data, contribute to team meetings, and assist in the ongoing development of behavior intervention strategies.

This is an on-site only position—remote or VOCO options are not available. As part of your onboarding, you will complete time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprinting and obtaining a JLA badge prior to working with students.
