Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patents Counsel with a focus on Electrical Engineering to join its team in SaintLouis, MO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent prosecution and experience in technologies such as 5G, Wi‑Fi, AI, and more. This role offers location flexibility across various U.S. offices. Duties Manage patent prosecution for wireless technologies and AI. Collaborate with clients to develop and manage patent portfolios. Contribute to the growth of the firm’s practice through professional achievements. Requirements At least two years of patent prosecution experience. Registered with the USPTO or qualified to register. Admitted to and in good standing with the Bar, or eligible to waive in. Strong background in 5G, Wi‑Fi, AI, and related technologies. Education Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Certifications USPTO registration or eligibility. Skills Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
