Registered Nurse - LTC/SNF

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess residents' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and document residents' progress, reporting any changes or concerns.
  
  
• 
  Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and care procedures.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate services and ensure quality care.
  
  
• 
  Comply with all licensing, safety, and regulatory standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold a current Montana RN or LPN license.
  
  
• 
  Graduate from an accredited RN or LPN program.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
  
  
• 
  Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
• 
  Have a reliable telephone contact.
  
  
• 
  Ability to learn and retain pertinent clinical information efficiently.
