Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,788 – $1,912 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating (days and nights) Location: Havre, MT in a long-term care/unit-based care environment Travel assignment with temporary status; MT state license required Responsibilities Under the direction of the Unit Manager, participate in assessing, planning, and implementing resident care Provide nursing care to residents, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and following prescribed treatments Document care plans, progress notes, and resident outcomes; communicate changes to the nursing team Collaborate with registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to update care plans and ensure continuity of care Maintain safety, infection control, and resident rights while promoting comfort and dignity Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and elevate concerns per policy Requirements Current Montana license to practice as an RN or LPN (RN preferred) Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program Ability to work in a long-term care setting with rotating day/night shifts Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to learn and retain pertinent information Must have a current telephone number for contact Travel eligibility: In-state MT travelers will not be considered unless they exceed a 250-mile radius from Havre, MT Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours per week: 36 Weekly pay range: $1,788 – $1,912 13-week travel assignment with start date 09/02/2026 Supportive, team-focused work environment for LTC residents Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
