Rotating additional start times: 0630, 0800, 0900, 1100; M-F

Requirements
- 2 years OR experience (Level I trauma experience required)
- CVOR scrub experience (scrub and circulate)
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Transplant experience (liver, kidney, pancreas) desired; heart and lung transplant experience required for night shift
- Experience with CensiTrac for instrument tracking
- Pending license accepted

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assist in surgical procedures within the cardiovascular, thoracic, and vascular specialties.
- Prepare the operating room for surgery, ensuring all necessary instruments are present and functioning.
- Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and effective communication among surgical teams.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia levels during surgery.
- Enter any missing instruments into the tracking system as part of workflow.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to best practices in infection control.

Compliance / Notes
- No more than 7 days of RTO (per period rules); no RTO first week of assignment.
- Fit testing may be required; facial hair must allow for proper fit testing.
- Medical/religious exemptions for flu vaccine only.
