MRI Technologist Naples, FL (Outpatient Float)

Full-Time | W2 | Direct Hire

Recruitment Partner: Strong Force Staffing Clinical Search Partner

Compensation: $40 - $45/hr

Float Differential: +$1.50/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (75+ miles)

Benefits: Zero-cost healthcare

Schedule: Monday to Friday (occasional extended hours if late-day cases run over)

Home Base: Naples, FL (float to nearby centers)

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality neuro, MSK, and body MRI scans
• Collaborate directly with radiologists who respect technologist judgment
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and patient comfort
• Float to nearby centers when needed (with added pay)
• Support smooth patient flow in a modern outpatient environment

What You Bring

• ARRT (MR) or ARRT (R) with MRI experience
• Florida license (or eligibility)
• 1+ year MRI experience
• Clinical steadiness, professionalism, and patient-centered communication

What Youll Receive

• $40 - $45/hr base pay
• $1.50/hr float differential
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• $5,000 relocation bonus
