North Naples, Florida, United States All Med Search Full-Time | W2 | Direct Hire Recruitment Partner: Strong Force Staffing Clinical Search Partner Compensation: $40 -$45/hr Float Differential: +$1.50/hr Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Relocation Assistance: $5,000 (75+ miles) Benefits: Zero-cost healthcare Schedule: MondayFriday with occasional extended hours Home Base: North Naples (float regionally) For MRI Techs Ready for a Premium Outpatient Role North Naples Is Calling This role is ideal for highly experienced MRI technologists (4+ years) who want top-tier compensation , stability , and a calmer outpatient setting without sacrificing pay. North Naples is one of the fastest-growing clinical markets in Florida, offering: A modern facility A supportive radiology team The ability to float into high-volume centers (with extra pay) Role Responsibilities Perform high-quality MR imaging (neuro, MSK, body) Maintain safety and comfort for diverse patient populations Collaborate with radiologists and technologists across the float region Support efficient daily operations in a modern outpatient setting Qualifications ARRT (MR) or ARRT (R) with strong MRI experience Florida license or eligibility Minimum 4 years MRI experience Ability to float within ~1 hour as needed

- 15,000 sign-on bonus
