Position: Prep Cook- Part-time and Full-time opportunities available! Status: Non-Exempt Hourly Job Classification: Food Service Age Requirement : 16 Years old At Marzoni's Brick Oven & Brewery, our mission is to provide Good Food, Good Beer, and Good Times to our guests. Position Duties: Knowing menus and products and preparing food according to standards Reading recipes, guest orders, etc. Using standard kitchen appliances and utensils Maintaining proper sanitation control of products Operating in a fast paced, team environment Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds Performs other duties as assigned or directed When our doors opened over 20 years ago, Bill Campbell emphasized "treating others the way you want to be treated".
