Position Duties: Operation of Brick Oven and Equipment Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Brick Oven and Equipment Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets Proper handling, preparation, pulling, and rotation of pizza dough Maintain presentable appearance and professional demeanor by Marzoni's standard – open kitchen Performing other duties as assigned or directed When our doors opened over 20 years ago, Bill Campbell emphasized "treating others the way you want to be treated".
