Strategic HR Consultant: Change, Engagement & Projects

Harvard University Central Administration is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to provide comprehensive HR consulting services to multiple units and implement HR strategies that boost productivity and engagement. This two-year position reports to senior HR leadership and partners with IT, finance, and campus programs. The ideal candidate balances strategic planning with hands-on HR, communications, and project management skills, ensuring HR practices meet policy requirements and drive #J-18808-Ljbffr Conditions.
