Accounts Executive

Join a dynamic finance team where accuracy, organisation, and collaboration are key. You will play an important role in supporting day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring smooth financial processes across the business.

Your Role

• Process supplier invoices and ensure alignment with approved purchase orders and quotations
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment runs
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable activities
• Assist with bank reconciliations and general ledger postings
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers to resolve discrepancies
• Support accruals and prepayments analysis
• Assist with month-end closing processes
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports as requested by management

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and general MS Office knowledge
• close attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of Shireburn accounting software is an advantage
