We’re looking for a skilled  Sign Maker & Graphic Designer who loves seeing their work come to life. In this role, you’ll handle the entire workflow—taking custom signage projects from initial designs to project completion.

The person will use standard wood working equipment to fabricate and assemble a wide variety of displays using various substrates. We are looking for individuals with a hard work ethic, can keep up in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects. A creative mind set and attention to detail are a major plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create eye-catching, production-ready designs for custom signage, vehicle graphics, banners, dimensional lettering, retail displays and environments.
• prepare production files with precise cut lines, bleed, vector paths, and accurate scaling from created artwork.
• Communicate directly with clients to refine concepts, make revisions, secure approvals, and manage projects through completion.
• Organize digital files, production templates, and RIP queue layouts to minimize material waste.

• Must be a good communicator.

• Ability to handle physical workload and manage multiple projects
• Hard work ethic and self-starter a must.
• Seeking individual who can become the team leader
• Valid driver's license
