We're grounded in scripture and guided by our values, so check out our website to be sure you're aligned before you step into the application process with us, particularly paying attention to our Beliefs and our Code.ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality designs for weekend experiences, sermon series, digital content, social media, and special projectsCollaborate with the Creative Director, writers, and programming teams to develop strong visual concepts that communicate messages clearly and creativelyHelp lead the design direction for campaigns and series—contributing to concept development, look and feel, and executionMaintain and elevate the visual standards of the church's brand across all platformsExecute designs across multiple formats (broadcast, social, web, print, environmental) with excellence and consistencyProvide creative feedback and direction to other designers and freelancersPartner with video teams, animators, and other creatives to bring cohesive, multi-platform experiences to lifeManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPrepare and deliver final files for production across various mediaMust-HavesActive participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)Strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of design, typography, and layout expertiseProven ability to lead design projects and contribute to creative directionAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Strong understanding of branding, visual systems, and storytelling through designAbility to operate with both creative vision and executional excellenceStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teamsHigh attention to detail with a commitment to excellenceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentDay-To-DayWe're a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we're in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we're supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.There's a lot to accomplish each week, so we're pretty fast-paced. We're also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.Yes, we work hard. But we're good at playing hard, too. We're a creative staff, so there's no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!You can't help but grow on our staff. You'll be around some incredible people.
