This position will contribute to team decision-making and help define creative processes.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative design solutions to business challengesCollaborate with marketing teams to develop creative solutions that align with brand strategy and marketing objectivesPlay a role in defining the visual identity of the brand, aligning creative assets with strategic marketing objectives, and ensuring consistency across all channelsEffectively communicate complex design concepts to both creative and non-creative stakeholdersHelp lead various marketing and design initiatives, like conferences and booths, webinars, event planning, and client projectsKeep status of tasks on the workload management site up to date and proactively update stakeholders on project progress and potential issuesActively participate and occasionally lead team discussions and brainstorming sessionsProvide constructive feedback and guidance to other team members while incorporating insights from feedback received to improve design solutionsPerform market research to support marketing and branding initiatives, incorporating insights from marketing data to improve design solutionsOther duties assignedRequirements3 or more years of relevant experienceStrong skills in print and digital designAdvanced knowledge and skills in Adobe Creative Suite applications – particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopAbility to learn Raftelis branding and design standards and the production process for proposals and other materialsCapability with digital tools (web design, CMS, video, social media, and email marketing)Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, business, or related field, or equivalent experienceStrong writing and editing skillsAbility to meet deadlines while ensuring sufficient time for review and updates for your workUnderstanding of the role of design in enhancing brand perception and driving salesStrong sense of accountability for the success of design projects*Please include a copy of your portfolio with your application.Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply for jobs unless they believe they can perform every job description task.
