Key Responsibilities Provide behavioral support services to individuals under our care. Conduct appropriate assessments, including Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs). Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs). Serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team, delivering care appropriate to the ages and populations served. Instruct staff, family members, and/or legal guardians on how to implement BSPs through face-to-face instruction, role modeling, and coaching. Ensure proper documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner. Provide supervision toRegistered Behavioral Technicians/RBTs. Qualifications Education Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. BCBA certification required Experience A minimum of two years of experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services is preferred. Must have strong applied behavior analysis skills and significant experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorders-2 years minimum Significant experience writing Positive Behavior support plans and conducting FBA’s- 2 years minimum preferred Training staff preferred Requires excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills and mastery of Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver’s license must be maintained.
